How to invest in a deal?

To invest in a deal, go to the Allocations login page. Log in via your registered email ID.

Steps to Invest in an SPV/Fund on Allocations

Step 1:

Navigate to the Deal Page link shared by the Fund Manager or Allocations. Enter your Commitment Amount in the provided field. Click on Invest.

Step 2:

Create or Select Investor Profile

  • If this is your first time investing through the Allocations platform, → Create a New Investor Profile.

  • If you already have an Investor Profile → Select your existing profile.

Investor Profile Options:

  • Individual: "Myself / Individual"

  • Entity: LLC, Corporation, Partnership, Trust, or Self-Directed IRA (Note: Entities also require a profile for the Signatory)

2a. Investing as an Individual

If you already have an Individual Investor Profile, skip to "Making the Investment (Individual)"

Creating an Investor Profile (Individual):

  • Click on Create New Profile.

  • Select Myself / Individual.

  • Fill in the requested details:

    • Phone Number

    • Full Legal Name

    • Address

    • Date of Birth

    • Tax ID (as listed on government-issued documents)

  • Click Save new entity.

Making the Investment (Individual):

  • Select your Investor Profile.

  • Click Continue.

  • Select the appropriate Accredited Investor Definition and click Save new accreditation.

  • Tick the e-sign checkbox to confirm acceptance of the Deal Agreement’s Terms and Provisions.

  • Click Commit & E-sign to finalize your commitment.

Final Step:

  • Download Wire Instructions for fund transfer.

  • Download the Completed Deal Agreement for your records.

  • Once funds are wired, your investment is complete.

2b. Investing as an Entity (LLC / Corp / Partnership / Trust / Self-Directed IRA)

If you already have an Entity Investor Profile, skip to "Making the Investment (Entity)."

Creating an Investor Profile (Entity):

  • Click Create New Profile.

  • Select the applicable Entity Type (LLC, Corporation, etc.).

  • Fill in entity details:

    • Entity Name

    • Address

    • Date of Formation

    • Tax ID (from government-issued documents)

  • Click Save new entity.

  • Select the created Entity Investor Profile.

  • Click Create New Profile again (for the Entity Signatory).

  • Enter Signatory details:

    • Phone Number

    • Full Name

    • Address

    • Date of Birth

    • Tax ID

  • Click Save new entity.

Making the Investment (Entity):

  • Select the Signatory Profile linked to the Entity.

  • Choose the appropriate Accredited Investor Definition and click Save new accreditation.

  • Click Continue.

  • Tick the e-sign checkbox to confirm acceptance of the Deal Agreement’s Terms and Provisions.

  • Click Commit & E-sign to finalize your commitment.

Final Step:

  • Download Wire Instructions for fund transfer.

  • Download the Completed Deal Agreement for your records.

  • Once funds are wired, your investment is complete.
